Pride Lift Chair GL - 555 Features
|Dewert Motor: Designed exclusively for Pride by Dewert
(pronounced Dayvert) Motorized Systems, the Pride lift motor offers the highest level of
quality in precision drive technology available on the market today. Not only does it
provide more power and an 80% lower service rate, but when combined with Pride's patented
lift mechanism, it yields an extremely quiet and smooth lift.
Megamat Plus actuator: This next generation version of Pride's Megamat actuator has been designed to provide a new, higher standard of performance and reliability. It also has a terrific new, battery backup safety feature.
20% Additional Thrust Power: New rating of Megamat Plus is 1,350 lbs. push/pull force. Most Lift Chair systems are rated for only 1,000 lbs. The extra power, along with improvements to the lift frame, provide Pride Lift Chairs with a 500 lb. rating of lift capacity.
|Integrated Battery Backup: This new feature provides an additional sense of security at no additional cost. This emergency back up system uses two 9 volt alkaline batteries that supply continued operation of the Lift Chair should the electrical power fail. With fresh batteries, this system allows fourteen cycles from the seated position to the recline position and back to seated position at 375 pounds.|
