With the dual front wheels with spring suspension, 18" total width and foldable vinyl seat with armrests, the Buggy 4 wheel  offers great compact features in an economy priced 4 wheel scooter. The Buggy will travel over rougher terrain with it's 2.4" ground clearance. The Buggy 4 wheel  is considered a "Travel Scooter" and is not covered by Medicare DME Insurance.
